Description

This vision positioning laser marking machine has three advantages over traditional laser marking machine:

First, small-sized products are no longer a pain that laser marking or welding does not dare to touch. The addition of visuals makes “small” become “large”, and the accuracy problem that cannot be controlled by traditional marking machines can be solved here.

Second, the accuracy of the fixture is no longer the controller of the marking accuracy. The precise positioning of the vision frees the precision of the fixture. At this time, the accuracy of the marking has nothing to do with the fixture.

Third, the angle and location of product placement are no longer constrained. Simply place the product in the light range of the laser airport mirror, and there are no other requirements.

This visual positioning laser marking machine provides an overall solution based on the standard marking system, which realizes a multi-item identification and high-precision positioning. At present, the positioning accuracy of the system can reach up to 0.1mm, and for different formats the accuracy is different, and the working range can reach 110*110mm. The system communicates with the standard marking software through the serial port, which has the characteristics of easy operation, high recognition precision and high speed.
